About us

For nearly 30 years:

seafood platters, shellfish, oysters, lobsters from the fishpond, langoustines, grilled salmon…and the famous Filet Americain prepared à la minute in the dining room are the specialties of the house.
Located in a quiet and peaceful area, with easy parking, a moment of conviviality and gastronomy.

We respect the season: no oysters from June 22 to September 10!

The owner, established in 1991, operates a restaurant-brasserie at 81 avenue Emile Max, completely renovated by Atelier Quatr’a.

Over the years, Monsieur Loulas has been able to acquire the building in which his restaurant is located, as well as n°79 avenue Emile Max.

He wanted to extend the establishment to the neighboring building (n°79) in order to move and enlarge the kitchen, which had become too cramped, and enlarge the dining room between floors at 79.
Sanitary and various services, such as stocks and cold rooms, had to be reconditioned in order to better meet the standards of hygiene which have become stricter over the years.

This project is considered by all today as a success.
